Greetings to the Northern Ohio Z Series Enthusiasts!

 

Get those magnificent driving machines ready 'cause the Zs are cruising this Saturday!  The May Day Drive, designed by John Niemczura, will take us on a route through the deep south of Harrison County.  Springtime blossoms and blooms should be even more impressive than our local fare but drivers will need to be alert to negotiate the twisty roads.

 

The May Day Drive departs from the Brecksville Plaza at 10 am on Saturday, May 1.  The Plaza is on the south side of Rt 82, just east of I-77.  Should you want to eat prior to departure, there are several options in the area, including Simon's Restaurant in the plaza.

 

The group dinner will be at Whitey's Booze N' Burgers, sometime between 5-6 pm.  Whitey's is located at 3600 Brecksville Road in Richfield.  Please note that Whitey's only accepts cash for payment.

 

Here's the standard boilerplate for the May Day Drive.  Please join us for all day or just the part that's convenient for you.  Bring along all the Zs that you can find.  Dress appropriately for the temperature because we drive regardless of weather.  Don't forget sunscreen and sun glasses if it's bright.  Have a full tank of gas to start the drive.  Bring your Talkabouts tuned to channel 7,0.  Be sure the camera has batteries or film.  Remember your tank-of gas donation for Make A Wish.  The N OH Zs are responsible for $4729.26 overall!
